Returns and exchanges

You have the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days after receiving your order.

The condition for returning or exchanging a product is that it must be completely unused, with all original tags still attached.

To return or exchange an item, please send us an email at info@woolinlove.ee  no later than 14 days after receiving the item, providing the following details:

• Your name;
• the date of your complaint;
• the defect of the product or service;
• the claim being made (exchange or return of the product);

The costs of returning and exchanging products within Estonia will be covered by the online store. For returns, please use the return code from the Omniva parcel machine that you received in the SMS about the package’s arrival.

The online store will refund the buyer immediately upon receiving the returned item, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, including all fees paid by the buyer under the contract (including shipping costs).
