Processing of personal data by Wool In Love

WIL Knitwear OÜ Customer is a person who has registered as a Customer or made a purchase in the e-shop www.woolinlove.com .

The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer:

    • delivery address;
    • bank account number;

Processing of personal data

WIL Knitwear OÜ is the controller of the personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processorMontonioFinance UAB. The accounting of the online shop is carried out by the service provider and the personal data is transferred to the service provider for the purpose of accounting operations. Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online shop or to ensure data availability.

 

Security and data access

Personal data is stored on servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or in the territory of countries that have acceded to the European Economic Area.
